i fixed the problem of consing stuff evaluating weird... for now

made dubious changes to eval structure

added clone, sexpr_free, other minor amendments

some cleanup, parenthesis balance in parser now

it works? need to fix some things for sure tho, especially parser

added repl that doesn't work
